We just got back from the show at Buffalo. It's a long drive for us, but very much worth it. We came out okay in showmanship and in Class 8 does. Other than that we didn't do so hot because of the weight breaks. We seemed to have the lightest doe in each class we showed in.
Having said that Mr. Steve Kraich did an EXCELLENT job. He was consistent and thoughtfully considered EVERY goat in each class. He gave excellent reasons and observations for each placing. Giving each exhibitor a real good idea of what their goat had and didn't have for his liking.
We would enjoy showing for him again, anytime!
They seemed to have a good turn out and it was a beautiful day for showing goats.  |
